The fact that we were two-one up with six minutes to play against Sheffield Wednesday (and blew it) still makes me feel sick. In the run-up to the game, I was fed up hearing Wednesday fans say, ‘You’ve done well to even get this far, but we’re a big club and we belong in the Championship.’ Patronizing buggers. But over the 120 minutes they deserved to win. It would have been nice to shut a few of them up, though, in the nicest possible way, of course.
